Why Dial Up?
Actually there are very few good reasons to use dial up internet access other than it's low cost. If you are on a fixed income or just don't have much need or desire to use the internet, dial up is still a good option.
If you choose this option, we would advise you to ask your friends not to email you pictures or other attachments as those could take hours to download, which is both annoying and it ties up your phone line.

If you are a current BGE dial up customer, please contact us regarding an upgrade to DSL. You may be surprised as to how little it will cost you.
Technical Support
All of our technical support is provided from our Lakewood Ohio location.
When you call for support, you will know that we care and we are here to help. Better yet, we do not charge extra for it.
As a general rule, we can deploy all of our connectivity solutions at our office and simply ship or hand you the devices
or software you need.? However if for some reason things do not work or are beyond your knowledge, we can send a
technition to your home.? Our fees are generally far less than your local phone or cable company, and we send fully
qualified computer technitions.
In addition we have special software which will allow us (with your permission) to access your computer from our office saving you inconvenience and extreme costs.

Wednesday 9:30am - 7:00pm
Saturday 11:00am - 1:00pm
Special appointments can be made if your schedual does not fit into our
normal hours.
